PREAMBLE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "GTC") govern the contractual relations between:
House of Pepito, a sole proprietorship operating under a trade name, whose principal establishment is located at 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 103 489 662,
and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase on the website houseofpepito.com (hereinafter the "Customer").
By validating an order on the Site, the Customer acknowledges having read these GTC and accepts them.
ARTICLE 1 — PURPOSE AND SCOPE
These GTC define the rights and obligations of House of Pepito and its Customers in the context of the distance selling of products offered on the Site.
They apply to all products marketed by House of Pepito, both present and future. Certain characteristics specific to a product may be specified on its product page.
Before validating their order, the Customer is invited to read these GTC. Validation of the order implies their acceptance.

The activity performed is the online sale of products and accessories for pets.
The Site is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias, Geneva, Switzerland.
ARTICLE 3 — PRODUCTS
The products offered are those presented on the Site, within the limit of available stocks or quantities available for pre-order.
The essential characteristics are indicated on the product page. Slight differences may exist between the visuals and the product received, notably due to screen settings, lighting, or characteristics inherent to the materials.
ARTICLE 4 — PRE-ORDERS
Certain products may be offered for pre-order. This information is indicated on their product page.
For each campaign, House of Pepito communicates a date or maximum delivery period before the validation of the order.
For the first campaign: pre-orders open October 1, 2026; maximum announced delivery date: December 11, 2026.
For future products, the applicable dates and timeframes will be indicated on the relevant product page. The Customer's legal rights remain applicable.
ARTICLE 5 — ORDERS
The Customer selects the products and adds them to their cart. Before payment, they can verify and correct their order information.
The final validation occurs after confirmation of the information and completion of the payment. It entails an obligation to pay. An order confirmation is sent to the Customer electronically.
ARTICLE 6 — SUSPICIOUS ORDERS AND FRAUD PREVENTION
House of Pepito may carry out reasonable checks when an order presents objectively unusual elements or elements likely to characterize fraudulent use.
In the event of established fraud or when the order cannot be secured under normal conditions, House of Pepito may suspend, refuse, or cancel the order under the conditions permitted by law.
ARTICLE 7 — PRICE
Prices are indicated in euros. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of final order validation.
The displayed prices include delivery costs applicable to standard deliveries in mainland France.
Any additional costs related to the destination country or a particular service are indicated before order validation.
ARTICLE 8 — VAT — FRANCHISE BASIS
As of the effective date of these GTC, House of Pepito benefits from the VAT franchise basis scheme.
As such, VAT is not charged on sales made to Customers and invoices include the mention:
"VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the CGI".
ARTICLE 9 — VAT — SALES TO THE EUROPEAN UNION
For sales to another member state of the European Union, House of Pepito applies the VAT rules provided for by the French and European regulations in force.
If VAT becomes payable due to changes in turnover, applicable thresholds, place of taxation, or tax regime, House of Pepito will apply the corresponding regime.
If applicable, the applicable rate will be integrated into the price displayed before order validation.
ARTICLE 10 — PAYMENT METHODS
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna.
Payment is due at the time of the order, including for pre-orders, unless otherwise clearly stated.
Payments may be processed by specialized service providers.
ARTICLE 11 — DELIVERY
House of Pepito currently delivers to:
Mainland France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, Denmark, Spain, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Austria.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer. Deadlines are indicated on the Site before order validation.
In the event of a delay, the Customer benefits from the rights provided by applicable regulations.
ARTICLE 12 — RECEIPT OF ORDER
The Customer is invited to check the apparent condition of the package upon receipt and to keep, when possible, the items useful for a potential claim.
ARTICLE 13 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
When the right of withdrawal is applicable, the consumer has a legal period of fourteen (14) days to exercise this right under the conditions provided for by the Consumer Code.
The Customer may use the standard form provided in the appendix or send any unambiguous statement expressing their desire to withdraw.
ARTICLE 14 — PRODUCT RETURNS
The return address is not published in these GTC.
After receipt of the withdrawal request, House of Pepito will communicate to the Customer by e-mail the address to which the product must be returned.
The Customer must not return the product to the establishment address indicated in these GTC, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Direct return costs are borne by the Customer in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, unless otherwise provided by law.
ARTICLE 15 — CONDITION OF THE RETURNED PRODUCT
The Customer must handle and examine the product during the withdrawal period with the necessary precautions to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.
The Customer may be held liable for any depreciation resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to examine the product, in accordance with the law.
ARTICLE 16 — REFUND
In the event of valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, House of Pepito refunds the sums due in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
House of Pepito may defer the refund until the goods are recovered or proof of shipment is received, according to the conditions provided by law.
ARTICLE 17 — EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts falling under the exceptions provided for by applicable regulations, notably by article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code.
ARTICLE 18 — LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
House of Pepito is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity under the conditions provided for by articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
ARTICLE 19 — GUARANTEE AGAINST HIDDEN DEFECTS
The Customer benefits from the legal guarantee against hidden defects provided for by articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
ARTICLE 20 — DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCT
For any claim relating to a defect, anomaly, or non-conformity, the Customer can contact House of Pepito at:
House of Pepito may request the order number, a description of the problem, photographs, or any element reasonably necessary to facilitate the investigation of the claim.
ARTICLE 21 — PRODUCT USE
Products must be used in accordance with their intended purpose, the characteristics presented on the Site, and, where applicable, the instructions provided.
These provisions do not limit the legal guarantees from which the Customer benefits.
ARTICLE 22 — ABUSIVE CLAIMS AND FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR
House of Pepito may carry out reasonable checks when a claim presents objective inconsistencies or elements likely to characterize fraud.
In the event of proven fraud, House of Pepito reserves the right to take any action provided for by law.
ARTICLE 23 — LOST OR UNRECEIVED PACKAGE
House of Pepito remains responsible for the proper performance of the contract under the conditions provided by applicable regulations.
When a package is declared delivered but the Customer indicates not having received it, House of Pepito may carry out the necessary checks with the carrier.
ARTICLE 24 — LIABILITY
House of Pepito is responsible for the proper performance of the obligations resulting from the contract, under the conditions provided by law.
No provision of these GTC shall exclude a legal guarantee or limit a right recognized to the consumer.
ARTICLE 25 — FORCE MAJEURE
House of Pepito cannot be held liable for any delay or non-performance resulting from an event meeting the conditions of force majeure within the meaning of article 1218 of the Civil Code.
ARTICLE 26 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements present on the Site, including texts, photographs, videos, logos, graphics, drawings, models, creations, names, and distinctive signs, are protected by applicable intellectual property provisions.
ARTICLE 27 — PERSONAL DATA
House of Pepito processes certain personal data necessary for, among other things, the management of orders, payments, deliveries, customer service, and legal obligations.
ARTICLE 28 — COOKIES
The Site may use cookies and other trackers under the conditions provided for by applicable regulations.
When consent is required, it is collected in accordance with the applicable rules.
ARTICLE 29 — CONSUMER MEDIATION
The consumer Client may, subject to legal conditions, use a consumer mediator free of charge for the amicable resolution of a dispute with House of Pepito.
The Client must have previously sent a written complaint to House of Pepito.

Sonia AMARI's membership in the CM2C consumer mediation system is valid until September 2, 2029.
ARTICLE 30 — GOVERNING LAW
These T&Cs are subject to French law, subject to mandatory protective provisions that may be applicable to a consumer residing in another Member State of the European Union.
ARTICLE 31 — DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a difficulty, the Client is invited to contact House of Pepito first in order to seek an amicable solution.
Failing that, they may resort to the mediator under the conditions provided for in Article 29.
In the absence of an amicable resolution, the rules of jurisdiction provided for by applicable law shall apply.
ARTICLE 32 — AMENDMENT OF THE T&CS
House of Pepito may modify these T&Cs, particularly to take into account legislative, regulatory, technical, or commercial developments.
The new T&Cs are applicable to orders placed after their entry into force.
ARTICLE 33 — PARTIAL INVALIDITY
If any of the provisions of these T&Cs were to be declared null, illegal, or inapplicable, this situation would not affect the validity of the other provisions, unless the law provides otherwise.
ARTICLE 34 — ARCHIVING OF THE CONTRACT
House of Pepito archives orders and contractual documents under the conditions provided for by applicable regulations.
The Client is invited to keep these T&Cs as well as their order confirmation on a durable medium.
